Our Signature massage is created specifically for you. You and I will meet and discuss what you are looking for out of your session. We can communicate about your level of comfort and any injuries or body concerns you have, and of course, what brought you to me.

Energy work and Soul Sessions

These are very different and similar experiences. Both will help you "unstick" and begin to fill in any scars from old wounds that no longer serve you.
Energy work address your current energy field and helps build and nurture you from deep within. You've most likely heard of the Chakra System. These will be used in these sessions.

Soul Sessions will generally show it is indeed time we address past (and I mean past) wounds or scars that have really left a mark that you no longer wish to wear and that keep appearing in your present. You will do the work and I will just be a light on the path.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is both a cosmetic and a detoxification massage. We specialize in all the techniques that address both of these reasons to begin your Lymphatic Massage Series journey.
MLD is best when done in a series. If you are looking to smooth out your skin, address scar tissue, detoxify your body or ready to promote a healthy Lymphatic system ( the one that detoxifies your entire body) we are the place. With thousands of massages done, we are a true expert in the Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage business.

Experience our foundational massage tailored to your individual needs, promoting deep relaxation and releasing physical tension. A perfect entry point to physical and energetic balance.

Every massage and session is created specifically for you so there isn't one massage fits all or even a single type of massage that we offer. Each massage will contain elements of Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Mio-Facial, and Relflexology.
You may add in Hot and Cold Stone Therapy, Bare Foot Technique Massage, Fire Cupping Massage, scraping technique massage or any of the techniques Ive learned in almost 20 years of bodywork. These are the physical offerings we offer.
Each session will also contain an amount and elements of energy experience as the transfer and flow of energy can not just shut off ( but it can increase) And it is something else you will feel that day.
Single session are $120
90 minutes are $180
Packages of 10 are $900
All add on techniques are $45

Dive deeper with a session focused on balancing your energetic fields, promoting emotional release and spiritual rejuvenation. Experience profound clarity and peace.

When our energy field is "off" we can feel it it. I will help you settle your vibrations if they are buzzing. Together, we can change your energy field, encourage a building to balance of your energy, aligning your Chakras to you- not your environment and addressing your beautiful colors. I'll probably speak to your guide and or your higher self and maybe get a glimpse of 1 of your 3 animal protectors.

Soul session healing

Connect with your deeper self through soul-focused bodywork. This transformative session addresses spiritual blocks and fosters inner peace and self-discovery.

Filling in the cracks or fractures in our soul takes work and a trusted guide to help hold space for you while you do the deep work and recreate the scars until they are no longer scars but marks of beauty.
We will find your main animal guide through a meditation that is created for you by me. Together we will find gift after gift from your higher self from your ancestors that I can pass to you. These gifts mean something only to you so don't fear I will learn a secret you are protecting- I will only light the path. You have to take the steps.
The first session is longer and is $300
Each session after is $150

ForRest by Morning Rain is a guided trip through the Forrest at my property in Winterset Iowa. You will learn to connect to the trees, listen to the vibrations they put out and give them the honor of letting you release rage into the forrest. Yes. Rage. We will tree scream and let the mighty trees absorb the anguish we each carry deep within. The trees, through their root systems will almost immediately gather their knowledge of you and transmute their recognition of you back at you. They can now support you in any place there are trees. You don't believe me do you? Because this is such a new therapy I'll let you bring a friend for free your first session.

Tree Screaming & ForRest Sessions are $100 per person per session. Free coffee on Sundays.
